Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

Refund policy

All sales are final. The service is non-refundable.

• Subscriptions (Solo, Plus): non-refundable. Cancel any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs: non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Spent credits: the moment a credit is used to unlock a scan, you waive any right to a refund of that credit, the pack it came from, or the underlying purchase. Reports are generated on-demand at real cost to us and cannot be returned.
• Duplicate or fraudulent charges should be reported within 7 days for review.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. No retention emails, no phone calls. You keep access until the current billing period ends.
