By using Profile Flag you agree that reports are informational, not legal findings or background checks.

You confirm that any evidence you submit was obtained from public-facing sources you have the right to review and that you will not use the service to harass, dox, or surveil any individual.

Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

Refund policy

All sales are final. The service is non-refundable.

• Subscriptions (Watch, Watch Pro, and legacy plans): non-refundable. Cancel any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs: non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Spent credits: the moment a credit is used to unlock a scan, you waive any right to a refund of that credit, the pack it came from, or the underlying purchase. Reports are generated on-demand at real cost to us and cannot be returned.
• Duplicate or fraudulent charges should be reported within 7 days for review.

By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. No retention emails, no phone calls. You keep access until the current billing period ends.

Watch monitoring

Watch and Watch Pro re-check the people you choose on a schedule (weekly on Watch, every 3 days on Watch Pro) using public information only. We email you when something publicly visible changes, and send a monthly all-clear when nothing did. Monitoring stops when your subscription ends. You can remove a watched person at any time, which stops all future checks on them. Use monitoring only for your own safety decisions; it must not be used to stalk, harass, or track anyone.
